Armenia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs recommends to the citizens of the republic not to visit Egypt if there is no urgency.

YEREVAN, July 3./ARKA/. Armenia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs recommends to the citizens of the republic not to visit Egypt if there is no urgency.
“Taking into account the current situation, Foreign Affairs Ministry strongly recommends to the citizens of Armenia to refrain from visiting Egypt if there is no urgency,” spokesman for the ministry Tigran Balayan posted on its Facebook page.
“We also strongly recommend to the Armenian citizens, who are currently in Egypt, to stay away from the rally spots, and in case of emergency contact the Armenian Embassy in Cairo, +202 27374157.”
The situation in Egypt escalated on 30 June after millions of people rallied in the streets to protest against president Muhamed Morsi.—0-
