Armenian parliament chairman Galust Sahakyan is recovering and will soon return to his duties, Eduard Sharmazanov, a deputy parliament chairman and press secretary for the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (HHK), said today.

YEREVAN, February 19. /ARKA/. Armenian parliament chairman Galust Sahakyan is recovering and will soon return to his duties, Eduard Sharmazanov, a deputy parliament chairman and press secretary for the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (HHK), said today.

"The state of health of the parliament chairman is good; he is recovering and will soon return to his duties,' he said.

Sahakyan fell ill late Wednesday and was taken to Heratsi First University Clinic for a medical. He was diagnosed with transient ischemic attack. -0-
