Armenian premier or cabinet resignation not on agenda: Republican Party of Armenia

YEREVAN, December 26. /ARKA/. Resignation of Armenia’s premier Tigran Sargsyan or of the government is not on the agenda, vice-speaker of the parliament, member of executive committee of the ruling Republican party of Armenia (RPA) Eduard Sharmazanov told reporters Thursday.
Recently Armenian print media has been regularly discussing rumors about premier’s resignation soon.
Sharmazanov stressed it is the debates on the next year government program and the budget where the parliament and political forces express their marks and confidence in the government in all democratic countries, Novosti-Armenian reported.
The government program and the budget were supported by a majority vote in the parliament. This means, there is no issue of resignation on the agenda, the ruling party representative said.
Armenia’s National Assembly passed the 2014 budget bill on December 12, with 70 votes for and 40 votes against the bill and one abstained from voting. –0---
