Armenian President receives representatives of Central Bank governors’ club of Central Asia, Black Sea region and Balkan Countries

Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan received today representatives of the Central Bank Governors’ Club of the Central Asia, Black Sea Region and Balkan Countries, the president’s press office reports.
YEREVAN, September 12. /ARKA/. Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan received today representatives of the Central Bank Governors’ Club of the Central Asia, Black Sea Region and Balkan Countries, the president’s press office reports.
“Consisted and coordinated work of the club may contribute a great deal to financial stability and economic development in our countries,” he said adding that such meetings give a very good chance to strengthen interaction among member countries’ central banks.
The president discussed with the meeting participants things in Armenia’s financial and banking sectors as well as challenges in the world economy and ways to withstand them.
The representatives of the club came to Armenia for their 30th meeting, which is held as part of celebration of the 20th anniversary of Armenia’s national currency. ---0---
