YEREVAN, August 7. /ARKA/. Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan is ready to meet with his Azerbaijani and Russian counterparts Ilkham Aliev and Vladimir Putin in Sochi, the Armenian president’s press office reported on Thursday.

According to the press release, the Armenian president, who will travel to Sochi for meeting with Putin, has expressed willingness to meet also with the Azerbaijani president to discuss ways for easing the recent escalation of tension and settling Karabakh conflict by peaceful means.

“The Armenian side, being convinced that there is no other way but just and peaceful settlement, is always welcoming high-level meetings,” the Armenian presidential press office says in its press release.

In recent days, raids from the Azerbaijani side became frequent. As a result, 25 Azerbaijani and six Nagorno-Karabakh servicemen have been killed. --0----
