Things along the contact line between Karabakh and Azerbaijani armed forces were relatively calm this night, the press office of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic’s defense ministry reported Wednesday morning. The opposite side was breaching the ceasefire regime by using mostly light weapons.

Things along the contact line between Karabakh and Azerbaijani armed forces were relatively calm this night, the press office of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic’s defense ministry reported Wednesday morning. The opposite side was breaching the ceasefire regime by using mostly light weapons.
Only on the north-eastern section (Martakert) of the contact line the Azerbaijani army used mortars.
Karabakh troops, complying with the ceasefire agreements, refrained from return moves.
On April 2, 2016, Azerbaijan launched military assaults along the entire perimeter of its contact line with Nagorno Karabakh. Four days later a cease-fire was arranged. --0---
