Former minister of Eurasian Economic Commission appointed as Armenian control chamber deputy chairman

Serzh Sargsyan, Armenian president, signed a decree on Thursday appointing Ara Nranyan as deputy chairman of the Control Chamber, the press office of the president reported.

YEREVAN, March 10. /ARKA/. Serzh Sargsyan, Armenian president, signed a decree on Thursday appointing Ara Nranyan as deputy chairman of the Control Chamber, the press office of the president reported.
In accordance with the decree, the newly appointed chairman will be in office until December 13, 2019.
The appointment came after Levon Yolyan, Nranyan's predecessor, left the office ten days earlier for the post of the energy and natural resources minister.
Before this appointment Nranyan was a member (minister) of the Eurasian Economic Commission's board.
He was a member of Armenian National Assembly from Armenian Revolutionary Federation/Dashnaktsutiun in 2007-2012. --0----
