STEPANAKERT, June 30. /ARKA/. Nagorno-Karabakh President Bako Sahakyan, congratulating today Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan on his birthday, pointed out the latter's contribution to creation of the two Armenian states and the Armenian army.

«Also today you continue your efforts for ensuring security and welfare to his people and for solving national problems and achieving our centuries-old goals,» Sahakyan is quoted by the presidential press office as saying in his message.

«I am convinced that all your patriotic programs aimed at enhancement of Armenia and Artsakh's prosperity will be successfully implemented and our people will enjoy new victories.»
