YEREVAN, December 11. /ARKA/. Latvian foreign minister Edgars Rinkēvičs will arrive in Yerevan on Friday December 12, invited by his Armenian colleague Edward Balbandyan, the press office of the Armenian foreign ministry reported.

Rinkēvičs is expected to have a meeting with the Armenian president Serzh Sargsyan and the speaker Galust Sahakyan.
