A new anti-corruption program will be implemented in Armenia, US Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Victoria Nuland said at a briefing in Yerevan on Wednesday.
YEREVAN, February 19. /ARKA/. A new anti-corruption program will be implemented in Armenia, US Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Victoria Nuland said at a briefing in Yerevan on Wednesday.
The new initiative is launched in cooperation with the Armenian government and includes e-management, investment climate improvements, anti-money laundering measures and equal conditions for all investors.
Nuland said the US is cooperating with the Armenian government in a number of fields, pure energy, IT, and small business in particular.
Nuland was in Yerevan as part of her Caucasus tour. She visited Azerbaijan on February 16 and Georgia on February 17. –0--
