YEREVAN, January 23. /ARKA/. Nikol Pashinyan, leader of Armenia’s Civil Contract opposition party, speaking Saturday at a congress of the political alliance the Yelk (Way Out), presented the key objectives the alliance has ahead of the parliamentary elections.

The political alliance has brought together three opposition parties – Lusavor Hayastan (Bright Armenia), the Republic and the Civil Contract.

Their motto is: “Choice, Change and Victory”.

“We should make it understandable to all the citizens of the country that there is no more powerful political force than they themselves and their political will and choice,” Pashinyan said.

He said that Armenian citizens have a real chance to win and change things in the country by voting for this political alliance.

“We have hundreds of thousands of supporters al over the country – in any province, even in the most remote villages.”

The politician also stressed that the Yelk alliance has a real chance to change things in the corruption-blighted country and to create favorable environment for return of those people who have migrated from Armenia because of disaffection for the ruling regime.

“Time has come to close the page of the corrupted Armenia and open the page of the bright Armenia, time has come to close the page of the cronyism-stricken Armenia and open the page of the lawful Armenia, where all people will be full-right citizens of their homeland,” he said. --0---
