STEPANAKERT, April 3. /ARKA/. Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Prime Minister Arayik Harutyunyan met on Saturday evening with a large group of local men at the Palace of Culture and Youth in the capital Stepanakert, according to the NKR government page in Facebook.

The prime minister spoke about the situation on the border saying also that NKR Defense Army has full control over the military situation and inflicted heavy losses on the Azerbaijani army.

"I am glad that in such a short period so many people have volunteered to join the armed forces to protect our land. If such a need appears we all will go to protect the homeland borders. Now I call on all to show restraint and keep high the morale of society," he said. -0-
