YEREVAN, March 22. /ARKA/. The director of Armenia’s National Security Service (NSS) Arthur Vanetsyan said today he was dissatisfied with the work of the country’s law enforcement agencies, including the National Security Service.

He said there is a decline in the pace of the work when compared with the pace of the work earlier. In his words, this is explained by the absence of solid legal grounds to ensure that a criminal case they initiate is not appealed against.

According to Vanetsyan, the National Security Service works exclusively within the framework of the law and tries to ensure that the requirements of the law are respected by all.

"I believe that there will still be loud criminal exposures," he said.

Speaking in parliament on March 6, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan expressed dissatisfaction with the rate of bringing to justice the people who he said are responsible for plundering Armenia. -0-
