OSCE Parliamentary Assembly Head Ilkka Kanerva, speaking Wednesday at the OSCE PA autumn session in Ulaanbaatar, said he considers sanctions against parliamentarians an unacceptable measure, Prime reports.

Russian State Duma Speaker Sergey Naryshkin, who is the head of the Russian delegation at this session, thinks the same.
“Such a thing shouldn’t happen again,” he said. “This is nothing more than demonstration of political impudence and disregard of principles of an open international dialogue.” ---0----
