YEREVAN, 10 December. /ARKA/. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has appointed Aleksandr Mktaryan as Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs in Foreign Countries. Pashinyan signed the relevant decision on Tuesday.

Mktaryan will work on a voluntary basis, in the status of a counsellor. -0--
