Pashinyan emphasizes collaboration with NATO for promoting security and stability in the region

YEREVAN, September 11. /ARКА/. Armenia places considerable value on its engagement with international partners, including NATO, which plays a role in furthering the security and stability agenda in the region, stated Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a meeting with ambassadors accredited to NATO who visited the country.
According to the government press service, Pashinyan outlined Armenia's strategy for enhancing peace and stability, referencing the Washington Declaration signed between Armenia and Azerbaijan on August 8, along with the initialing of the Agreement on the Establishment of Peace and Relations.
The ambassadors expressed their approval of the signing of the Washington Declaration and the initialing of the peace agreement, highlighting that these actions represent crucial steps towards achieving long-term stability in the region. They also expressed high regard for the partnership with Armenia.
The meeting addressed matters concerning the Armenia-NATO partnership. The participants acknowledged the necessity of fostering and continuing cooperation.
A discussion ensued regarding various topics related to regional security, Armenia’s reform agenda, and the expansion of collaboration with international partners.-0-
