Pashinyan fires heads of Enforcement and Probation services

YEREVAN, 6 December. /ARKA/. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan dismissed Arsen Mnatsakanyan, acting Chief Enforcement Officer, and Aram Nikoyan, head of the Probation Service.

The corresponding decisions were signed by the head of the government on Thursday.

Mnatsakanyan was appointed Chief Enforcement Officer by Prime Minister's decision of 26 January 2023, while Nikoyan was appointed head of the Probation Service on 18 September 2023.

Pashinyan also appointed Nelli Davtyan as new head of the Migration and Citizenship Service of the Interior Ministry. She has replaced Armen Ghazaryan, who was appointed Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs on 27 November.
