Pashinyan names new head of Armenia's State Revenue Committee

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 26. /ARKA/. Eduard Hakobyan, currently holding the position of Deputy Minister of Finance of Armenia, will be appointed new Chairman of the State Revenue Committee, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced in a Facebook post.

The position has been vacant since the resignation of Rustam Badasyan on November 18. He had held this position since August 2021.

On the same day, Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Gnel Sanosyan, Minister of Internal Affairs Vahe Ghazaryan, Chairman of the Investigative Committee Argishti Kyaramyan, Head of the Anti-Corruption Committee Sasun Khachatryan and Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council Karen Andreasyan also resigned.
