President recalls Armenia’s representative to CSTO and appoints him as ambassador to the Netherlands

At the proposal of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan signed a decree on Tuesday to recall Armenia’s Permanent and Plenipotentiary Representative to the CSTO Victor Biyagov.

YEREVAN, September 5. /ARKA/. At the proposal of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan signed a decree on Tuesday to recall Armenia’s Permanent and Plenipotentiary Representative to the CSTO Victor Biyagov.
By another decree, the President appointed Victor Biyagov as Armenia’s Permanent Representative to the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (residence in The Hague).
By another presidential decree, Biyagov was appointed also as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Armenia to the Netherlands (residence in The Hague).
Biyagov served as Armenia's Permanent and Plenipotentiary Representative to the CSTO since November 22, 2018. -0-
