Primary needs platform and hotline for Karabakh refugees launched in Armenia

YEREVAN, September 25. /ARKA/. As of late Sunday , some 1,510 Nagorno-Karabakh refugees arrived in Armenia, fleeing their homes in fear of ethnic cleansing after Azerbaijan claimed victory in its large-scale offensive on September 19.
They were taken to Goris, the largest town near the border, where they were given food, water and shelter.
The Armenian government has launched a platform at https://e-soc.am for assessing the primary needs of the refugees and showing them urgent assistance. It is also supposed to streamline communication between various government agencies.
The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs has launched "114" hotline, the government's TG-channel reported.
At the humanitarian station in Kornidzor, s village near the Lachin corridor, social workers are compiling a single database, which is now available to the regional administrations, local self-government bodies, United Social Service. -0-
