STEPANAKERT, September 9. /ARKA/. The Nagorno-Karabakh side, displaying a goods will, is ready to hand an underage resident of Azerbaijan captured last week in crossing the border over to Baku, the Nagorno-Karabakh State Commission for dealing with issues related to war prisoners, hostages and missing people reported on Tuesday.

“Nagorno-Karabakh Republic’s authorities, displaying a good will and guided by Geneva Convention, are ready to hand over Muzafarzade Javid Samir-ogli, 15, a resident of Mir Bashir, Azerbaijan, who was arrested by appropriate agencies of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic in crossing the border near Martakert, to the Azerbaijani side,” the Commission says in its report.

The Commission has informed the ICRC and OSCE offices in Nagorno-Karabakh Republic about the incident on time. --0-----
