Three parliamentary factions – Prosperous Armenia, Heritage and Armenian National Congress – will point out Friday the ways out of the governance crisis the country faces now, Aram Manukyan, secretary of the Armenian National Congress faction, said Tuesday in the National Assembly.

Three parliamentary factions – Prosperous Armenia, Heritage and Armenian National Congress – will point out Friday the ways out of the governance crisis the country faces now, Aram Manukyan, secretary of the Armenian National Congress faction, said Tuesday in the National Assembly.
“At our rally staged on October 10 we described the situation as governance crisis, and at our next rally we’ll unveil ways for overcoming it,” he said.
In his words, more than 210,000 people left Armenia in the last four years, and the collapse of the integration policy injured the country’s international reputation.
“Isolation of Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh republic is deepening,” Manukyan said. “The authorities showed their disability to comply with the opposition’s 12 demands. It means governance crisis is obvious in Armenia.”
The three factions have come up with an initiative to discuss their statement about governance crisis in Armenia as soon as possible.
Parliament Speaker Galust Sahakyan said yesterday that the statement along with the opposition-proposed amendments to the Electoral Code will be put on the National Assembly’s floor soon. --0----
