The U.S. Embassy in Yerevan is moving to a new website for scheduling and submitting documents for immigrant (IV) and nonimmigrant (NIV) visas, starting May 30.

YEREVAN, May 13. /ARKA/. The U.S. Embassy in Yerevan is moving to a new website for scheduling and submitting documents for immigrant (IV) and nonimmigrant (NIV) visas, starting May 30.

The embassy noted that the current registration system will be gradually closed starting May 18. After that, the site will be available in read-only mode, and applicants will not be able to:

• make an appointment,

• issue a courier delivery authorization,

• submit requests for no-shows,

• submit requests for expedited appointments.

It is indicated that if an appointment date has already been scheduled, then the citizen can come in as usual.

To make an appointment, if there are available dates that suit your travel plans, you can book a day right now.

To book an appointment after May 30, a citizen can transfer their account to the new website at a later date.

The embassy noted that it will publish more information on how to use the new system to book an appointment and pay in the near future.
