Viktor Dalakian, who was Armenian president’s representative in the National Assembly, was dismissed from this position and appointed deputy chief of the presidential administration by president Serzh Sargsyan, the latter’s press office reported.

YEREVAN, September 25. / ARKA /. Viktor Dalakian, who was Armenian president’s representative in the National Assembly, was dismissed from this position and appointed deputy chief of the presidential administration by president Serzh Sargsyan, the latter’s press office reported.

Dalakian earlier implied he could be appointed to this post. Dalakian ran for May 6 parliamentary elections in a single-mandate constituency in his native Vanadzor from the Republican Party of Armenia, but lost to a little candidate. -0-
