YEREVAN, September 28. /ARKA/. Armenia’s president Serzh Sargsyan received Friday credentials from the new appointed ambassador of Guatemala to Armenia Herbert Estuardo Meneses Coronado and expressed hope that he will do his best to use full potential for development of bilateral relations, the presidential press office reported.

The president congratulated the ambassador on the appointment and wished him success.

The sides agreed that the countries have failed to use the existing opportunities for development of relations since establishment of diplomatic relations, according to the report. N.V. –0--
