YEREVAN, April 29. /ARKA/. An earthquake measuring 4-5 points at the epicenter occurred on the night of Tuesday in the Armenian-Georgian border zone.
As reported by the Rescue Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, on April 29 at 03.40 local time (23.40 GMT) the Territorial Seismic Protection Service registered an earthquake with a magnitude of 3.3, 8 km northeast of the village of Bavra.
The epicenter was located in the border zone between Armenia and Georgia and was at a depth of 10 km.
The earthquake was felt in the villages of Bavra, Saragyukh, Kazanchi and Mets Sepasar in the Shirak region of Armenia with a magnitude of 3.0.
