Armenia received more than 1.1 thousand tons of humanitarian aid worth $35.6 million in 2023.

YEREVAN, February 5. /ARKA/. In 2023 Armenia received more than 1000 tons of humanitarian aid worth 14.3 billion drams ($35.7 million), the National Statistical Committee reported.
In 2022 some 1,700 tons of aid worth 38.8 billion drams ($86.5 million) were sent to Armenia. The drop amounted to 58.8%.
The largest amount of aid came from the United States ($8.1 million, 22.8% of the total, 69.5% decline compared to 2022), Italy ($3.9 million, 4-fold growth) and Switzerland ($2.9 million, 32.7% decline).
Most of the humanitarian aid were land, air and water vehicle (247.1 tons worth more than $1 million), plastics and plastic r products, rubber and rubber products (236.9 tons worth $970,700), and various industrial goods (135.5 tons worth $1.4 million. -0-
