YEREVAN, November 7. /ARKA/. Armenia’s president Serzh Sargsyan signed Wednesday a decree about the 2013 winter conscription and discharge, the presidential press office reported.

The decree says males who turn 18 or have their deferment deadline expiring by the end of December 2013 will be drafted in the army for mandatory or alternative service in December 2013 or January 2014.

Conscripts who completed their term of services will be discharged from the army in November-December 2013. –0—
