Armenian president off to Egypt to attend UN Climate Conference

Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan has left for Sharm El-Sheikh (Egypt) today to participate in the 27th Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP-27).

YEREVAN, November 7. /ARKA/. Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan has left for Sharm El-Sheikh (Egypt) today to participate in the 27th Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP-27).
The president's press service said Khachaturyan is scheduled to deliver a speech at the conference and have bilateral meetings with leaders of several countries.
This year, the UN climate conference is to be attended by the leaders of about 120 countries, and the total number of delegates is about 45 thousand. -0-
