Armenian customs officers prevented an attempt to smuggle 88 cell phones through Bagratashen checkpoint on the border with Georgia, the State Revenue Committee said.
YEREVAN, April 2. /ARKA/. Armenian customs officers prevented an attempt to smuggle 88 cell phones through Bagratashen checkpoint on the border with Georgia, the State Revenue Committee said.
The cellphones were found in a passenger car driven by citizen M.K. The customs officers discovered 88 undeclared Samsung Galaxy and Redmi Note cellphiones, which were hiden in a cache between the back seat and the gas cylinder.
The customs officers drew up a protocol on violations of the Law On Customs Regulation. The cellphones and the car were taken into custody. -0-
