The Armenian Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs has launched a primary needs registration platform to provide urgent assistance to citizens temporarily displaced because of Azerbaijani large-scale aggression against Armenia and effectively organize work with government agencies.

YEREVAN, September 17. /ARKA/. The Armenian Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs has launched a primary needs registration platform to provide urgent assistance to citizens temporarily displaced because of Azerbaijani large-scale aggression against Armenia and effectively organize work with government agencies.

According to the press service of the Ministry, the platform will allow summarizing the needs of citizens in need of support in connection with the current situation and automatically transfer them to the responsible regional administrations and local self-government bodies.

On the platform, a citizen fills in their personal data, then indicates their needs, such as food, clothing, medicine, care services, etc.

The completed application is automatically sent to the regional administrations and local self-government bodies.

The platform will also enable private initiatives and public organizations to enter into this system the needs of citizens, to which regional administrations and local bodies  will respond in the same manner.
Around midnight on September 13, the armed forces of Azerbaijan launched a large-scale attack in the southern and southeastern directions of the Republic of Armenia, encroaching on the territorial integrity of Armenia.

The aggression was carried out with the use of artillery, mortars and UAVs, including not only in the Armenia-Azerbaijan bordering area, but also in the areas of Sotk, Vardenis, Goris, Kapan, Artanish and Ishkhanasar settlements and their civilian infrastructure of Gegharkunik, Vayots Dzor and Syunik regions.

On September 14, Armenia and Azerbaijan agreed to cease fire on the border as of 8 p.m. Secretary of Armenia’s Security Council Armen Grigoryan said in an interview with the Public Television of Armenia. that the ceasefire was brokered by Armenia's international partners. According to Prime Minister Pashinyan, 135 Armenian soldiers were killed in clashes with Azerbaijani troops. Azerbaijan said it lost 71 soldiers.-0-
