The average price of one square meter in apartment blocks in Yerevan rose 1.6% in January 2018, compared with December 2017, but shed 0.9%, compared with January 2017, the State Real Estate Cadastre of Armenia reports.

YEREVAN, March 14. /ARKA/. The average price of one square meter in apartment blocks in Yerevan rose 1.6% in January 2018, compared with December 2017, but shed 0.9%, compared with January 2017, the State Real Estate Cadastre of Armenia reports.
The highest average price was recorded in the Armenian capital’s Kentron (Center) district – AMD 485,000, and the lowest price in Nubarashen district – AMD 155,300.
According to the report, the country’s provinces accounted for 0.1% month-on-month increase and 6.5% year-on-year decline in January 2018.
Tsakhkadzor, a popular resort, was singled out in the report for the highest average price for one square meter in apartment blocks – AMD 292,400, while Dastakert and Shamlug for the lowest price – AMD 8,000. ($1 – AMD 480.51). -0----
