YEREVAN, November 26. /ARKA/. The Armenian government has approved today a redistribution of funds for road repair and construction.
Territorial Development and Infrastructure Minister Suren Papikyan said the government will redistribute 243.5 million drams for the preparation of necessary documents and design for the repair of roads in 2021.
He said this will enable the ministry to carry out preparatory work before the end of the year, so that to start the planned repair and reconstruction of roads from the beginning of 2021.
As for the implementation of the current capital construction programs, according to the minister. the internal resources have been used very effectively. He said there were some problems with the implementation of credit resources due to the coronavirus and the military law, which affected construction in other areas.
"At the moment, some 550 km of roads have been asphalted. Now we are monitoring the quality of the work done," Papikyan said ($1 - 511.69 drams) ... –0--
