AC Milan Academy Junior camp to be held in Armenia: advanced companies team up for young footballers (VIDEO)
YEREVAN, April 27. /ARKA/. AC Milan Academy Junior camp will be held in Armenia to host 160 young people from regions of Armenia for a unique opportunity to train at the world’s best football camp with the world's best soccer coaches led by Claudio Zola, Ameriabank's press service reports.
Ameriabank’s initiative to invite Milan coaches to Armenia has brought together Tashir Group, Zangezur Copper-Molybdenum Combine and Team Telecom Armenia. The camp will be held under the slogan "Let's score tomorrow's goal today.'
The eligible participants are 11-15 aged boys and girls from the regions of Armenia, who have participated in the Armenian junior championships, play in regional football clubs and have demonstrated outstanding performance in championships
A World Soccer Poll voted AC Milan as the greatest club side of all time. Every year, throughout the months of June, July and August, AC Milan Camp welcomes more than 1000 campers from Italy, the USA, Canada, UK, Germany, China, Japan, India, Russia, Jordan, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Lebanon, Croatia, Slovenia, Greece, Mexico, Ukraine, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland and other countries.
The camp, which will be held in Armenia for the first time, will be hosted by the Academy of Football in two shifts: from May 28 to June 1, and from June 3 to 7.
