Armenian grossmeister Levon Aronyan played a draw with Azeri Shakhriyar Mamedyarov Sunday at the final tour of Grand Slam tournament in Bilbao, thus having won the tournament with 10 points.

YEREVAN, October 14. /ARKA/. Armenian grossmeister Levon Aronyan played a draw with Azeri Shakhriyar Mamedyarov Sunday at the final tour of Grand Slam tournament in Bilbao, thus having won the tournament with 10 points.
In another game of the final tour the runner-up British Michael Adams won over France’s Maxime Vachier-Lagrave and scored 9 points.
Mamedyarov and Vachier-Lagrave had 5 points each.
Three points were awarded for a win, 1 point for a draw and no points for a loss in the tournament.–0--
