The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the European Union jointly with the Ministry of Economy of Armenia will launch a program designed to support companies issuing capital market instruments, the ministry said in social networks.

YEREVAN, May 27. /ARKA/. The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the European Union jointly with the Ministry of Economy of Armenia will launch a program designed to support companies issuing capital market instruments, the ministry said in social networks.

It will complement the program to support the issuance of bonds and shares, which is currently implemented by the Ministry of Economy.

The program will support capacity building and provide consulting services on the pre-issuance process, as well as additional financial assistance to individual companies. -0-
