American Otis elevator manufacturer sells its Russian assets to Armen Sarkisyan's S8 Capital

Otis Worldwide Corporation, an American company that develops, manufactures and markets elevators, escalators, moving walkways, and related equipment, has agreed to sell its Russian businesses to S8 Capital holding of Armen Sarkisyan, the Russian ministries of Industry and Trade and Construction said.
