Unibank puts into operation Protobase Laboratories’ CRM-system for processing customers’ applications
Unibank has launched automation and centralization of the procedure of processing customers’ applications on the basis of the CRM-system. Unibank has automated the process of providing unsecured loans to small business by starting to use a new CRM-system developed by Protobase Laboratories company, the bank's press office reported on Thursday.
