Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) human rights defender Gegham Stepanyan said today that the Armenian villages of Karmir Shuka and Taghavard in Martuni district were shelled by Azerbaijani troops today from 04:00 am to 04:30 am from the positions located opposite the settlements.
