Armenian lawmakers vote to strip Constitutional Court head Hrayr Tovmasyan of his powers

Members of the National Assembly of Armenia just voted in favor of stripping Hrayr Tovmasyan, head of the Constitutional Court, of his powers. As many as 101 MPs took part in the vote. Of them, 98 voted for the initiative and one voted against.
