Some 37,612 crimes were reported to Armenian law-enforcement authorities in 2022, up from 30,245 crimes reported a year earlier, Prosecutor General Anna Vardapetyan said on Friday.

Armenian law-enforcers detain Brazilian citizen for trying to smuggle in $300,000 worth cocaine

Acting on a tip-off, Armenian law-enforcement authorities have detained a citizen of Brazil, who arrived in Armenia from Brazilian Sao Paolo through Doha, Qatar, for attempting to smuggle in $300,000 worth cocaine.
