No positive progress: Artsakh state minister on negotiations of Lentsov in Baku

Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) State Minister Gurgen Nersisyan said on Sunday there was no progress in the talks between the commander of the Russian peacekeeping contingent Allexander Lentsov and Azerbaijani authorities on the removal of a checkpoint Azerbaijan established on the border with Armenia on April 23 obstructing free movement of people and vehicles to and from Artsakh.
