Armenian investigators complete investigation into March 1 case and send it to prosecutors

Armenia’s Special Investigation Service said today it has completed the preliminary investigation of the criminal case on the events that took place in Yerevan on March 1-2, 2008 and handed the case to the prosecutors with indictments against ex-president Robert Kocharyan, former Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan, former Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization Yuri Khachaturov and former Deputy Prime Minister Armen Gevorkyan. The prosecutors have to send the criminal case to court.
