Driving without license contributed to growing number of offenses reported to police in Armenia
Armenian Deputy Police Chief Ara Fidanyan said in parliament today that the total number of crimes reported in the first nine months of 2022 increased by 27% or 5,626 from the year before to 26,489, up from 20,863 reported in the same time span of 2021.
