Pambukhchian: Civil Contract did not apply to CEC for recounting of votes

The head of the election headquarters of the Civil Contract party Armen Pambukhchyan denied today opposition’s allegations that the authorities were planning to ask the Central Election Commission to recount the votes of elections to Yerevan Council of Elders at all 475 polling stations and through falsifications to achieve revision of the election results and grab one more seat in the Council of Elders that would give them majority (presumably in coalition with Hanrapetutyun party) and enable them to elect their candidate as mayor of Yerevan.
