Around 21,000 real estate transactions finalized in Armenia in September

In September 2025, a total of 20,984 real estate transactions were finalized in Armenia, in contrast to 19,494 transactions recorded in September 2024 and 18,780 transactions in August 2025, the Statistical Committee said.

Over 40,000 real estate transactions registered in Armenia in 1st Q 2013

Some 40,792 real estate transactions were registered in Armenia in the first quarter of this year - 20.5% more than in the fourth quarter of the previous year and 7.5% more than in the same period a year earlier, Armenia’s State Real Estate Committee reports.
