Acba Bank places AMD and USD bonds with yields of 11 and 6 per cent respectively
YEREVAN, 21 October. /ARKA/. Acba Bank announced public placement of coupon non-documentary bonds with a total volume of 15 million US dollars and 5 billion Armenian drams (AMD), the bank's press service reports.
Overall, the bank will place 150 thousand US dollar and 50 thousand AMD bonds. The annual yield on dollar bonds is 6%, while the annual yield on AMD bonds is 11%.
The circulation term of the bonds is 60 months; the placement kicked off d on 21 October 2024 and will last until 2 December inclusive.
The nominal value of one AMD bond is 100 thousand drams, while the nominal value of a dollar bond is $100.
In order to purchase the bonds, an investor should fill out and submit an application form to Acba Bank.

According to Armenian legislation, funds raised through nominal bonds issued by the banks are considered guaranteed bank deposits. They are guaranteed by the Deposit Compensation Fund.
