Krasnodar airport was one of the southern air hubs closed by decision of the Russian authorities after the start of the special military operation in Ukraine.
For security reasons, Krasnodar airport has not received aircraft since 2022. On September 11, the Russian Ministry of Transport announced the resumption of the airport's operations.-0-
