Ameriabank acted as a fintech partner for Tech Week Vanadzor
YEREVAN, July 7. /ARKA/. One of the largest technology events of the year, Tech Week 2025, took place on July 4-6 in Vanadzor. Ameriabank joined the three-day celebration as a fintech partner, according to the bank's press service.
"Participation in such initiatives is important, first and foremost, for young people, because they see, believe, and understand that with the help of education and a creative approach, they can build a bright future for themselves. Secondly, , the balanced development of regions is an extremely important task for Armenia, and I am glad that such events are held in the regions,“ said Ameriabank CFO Hovhannes Torosyan, who took part in a panel discussion on ”The Future of Finance in Armenia: Banks, Fintech, and Web3—Conflict or Combination?" as part of Tech Week .
Anna Vardanyants, Head of Human Resources at Ameriabank, also participated in the panel discussion “Why and how is the path of a technology career in Armenia changing in the context of global change,” noting that technology has entered our lives and is already an integral part of it.
"As a result, the skills in demand in the labor market are changing very quickly. At the same time, in addition to technological skills, the importance of communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills should not be underestimated. We hope that sharing our experiences and presenting our views and visions will help newcomers start their careers more easily and encourage experienced professionals to strive for new heights," she said.
Artem Shamsyan, director of Ameriabank's subsidiary, Dinnno LLC, shared the company's success story during Tech Week in his presentation on “DINNO's First Billion: 7 Principles for Success.”
