YEREVAN, September 16. /ARKA/. Ameriabank has announced new types of loans in Armenian drams designed for all small and medium-sized companies which have been operating six months and longer at the market, the press office of the bank reported on Wednesday.

Ameriabank extends the loans at annual 13.5% under the German-Armenian Fund's SME support programs.

The key aim of this lending is to help entrepreneurs in purchasing floating and fixed assets necessary for developing their businesses.

Business loans are extended by a simplified procedure – borrowers only need to fill their applications and wait two working days for the bank's preliminary decision.

Ameriabank was the largest lender in the first half of this year – its credit investments amounted to AMD 257 billion 2015 showing a 34-percent year-on-year growth. The bank's lending to SMEs grew 45%.
